Our Clubhouse

The clubhouse is available for parties, bridge games, concerts, and private meetings. Reservations are required for private events - rules and a schedule of reservation fees are available in the office.
The association office is in the clubhouse, and is generally open from 0900 to 1200 four days a week - closed Thursday in order to allow paperwork to be completed.
Each household is issued one magnetic card to allow access to the two swimming pools, and to the yard of the clubhouse. Additional cards are available for a $10 deposit, and replacement of a lost card will incur a $10 charge.
The swimming pool immediately behind the clubhouse is heated, and is equipped with a cover. All users are asked to replace the cover after use of the pool in order to help maintain pool water temperature and to help reduce heating costs.
Both pools have usage rules posted. Both are provided with telephones so that city emergency services can be called if needed.
